The 2025 Maintenance Fee is $845 for one bedroom units, $999 for standard two bedrooms, and $1,150 for deluxe two bedrooms, and you may pay your dues online or by mailing a check including your owner account #. The 2025 POA dues package is under final review by Chetola Management and the POA Board. The package will be mailed to Owners in February. Owners will be given extra time to submit their dues payment as a result. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our Owners.
